Some of my earliest childhood memories are of wandering the fields, pastures, and arena of a small farm nestled in the hills near Port Angeles. Every Sunday, our family gathered there for lunch, and I fell in love with the sights, sounds, and quiet magic of being around horses. Those moments shaped me, and they remain memories I treasure deeply.

A few years ago, I was given the rare chance to buy that very same little farm. Today, it’s not just where I live—it’s where my story continues. Legacy Farms is my home, and every day I’m reminded how lucky I am to share it with others. I get to welcome horses and the people who love them, to watch connections form, and to see this place bring comfort, joy, and a sense of belonging.
